Configure shipping, return, and terms policy pages shown in the storefront.
Overview
The Policies section lets you write three legal policy documents that appear as dedicated pages in your storefront:

|---|---|
| Shipping | Your shipping policy — delivery timeframes, carriers, costs. |
| Return | Your return and refund policy. |
| Terms | Terms and conditions for using the store or placing orders. |
Each policy has its own rich text editor that supports formatting, lists, and links.
Editing a policy
Select the tab (Shipping, Return, or Terms) and edit the content directly in the rich text editor. The editor supports:
- Bold, italic, underline
- Headings and paragraphs
- Bullet and numbered lists
- Hyperlinks
Load Template
Click Load Template to fill a policy with a pre-written template. Templates are tailored to your workspace's country (AU or NZ).
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| Shipping Policy | Loads the shipping template into the Shipping tab. |
| Return Policy | Loads the return template into the Return tab. |
| Terms & Conditions | Loads the T&C template into the Terms tab. |
| Load All Templates | Loads all three templates at once. |
Loading a template overwrites any existing content in that tab. Edit the loaded template to match your business before saving.
Saving
Policies are saved along with all other sections when you click Save in the sticky footer bar.
