Add pickup instructions shown to customers at checkout when they select the pickup delivery option.
Overview
The Pickup & Fulfilment section lets you set a plain-text note that appears on the checkout form when a customer selects pickup as their delivery method. Use it to communicate opening hours, arrival instructions, or any other information your customers need before collecting their order.

The pickup note is displayed alongside your contact email, phone number, and address from the About & Footer section. Leaving the field blank means no extra note is shown.
Tips
- Keep instructions short and actionable — customers read this at the moment they are about to submit an order.
- Include hours of availability and any arrival procedure (e.g. call on arrival, use side entrance).
- If you do not offer pickup, leave this field empty.
Saving
Pickup & Fulfilment changes are saved along with all other sections when you click Save in the sticky footer bar.
