Does Orderverse offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required, and your data is preserved so you can choose a plan at any time and pick up right where you left off.

How are active customers counted?

Accepted Answer

An active customer is a business that placed an order or accessed their order link during the current month. Registered accounts that did not place an order or access their link are not counted.

What is the platform fee on Stripe card payments?

Accepted Answer

The platform fee applies only to Stripe card payments and depends on your plan: 1% on Starter, 0.5% on Growth, and 0% on Scale. Invoice-based orders paid by bank transfer or other methods are always 0% platform fee.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Do I need to connect Stripe or Xero to use Orderverse?

No. Stripe and Xero integrations are optional. You can start collecting orders immediately without connecting either service. You can enable Stripe for card payments or Xero for automatic accounting at any time from your workspace settings.

What currencies are supported?

Orderverse supports AUD and NZD for plan billing. Your customers can be billed in any currency you configure in your product pricing.

What is included in the Enterprise plan?
