Plans & Pricing
Compare Starter, Growth, and Scale plans — pricing, seat limits, customer limits, and platform fees.
Plans
Orderverse offers three self-serve plans and an Enterprise option for larger teams.
| Starter | Growth | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $29 / mo | $89 / mo | $199 / mo |
| Yearly | $290 / yr | $890 / yr | $1,990 / yr |
| Admin seats | 1 | 3 | 7 |
| Sales Rep seats | 1 | 3 | 15 |
| Active customers | 50 | 150 | Unlimited |
| Products (SKUs) | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Platform fee | 1.0% | 0.5% | 0% |
Yearly billing saves the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly. Billed as a single upfront charge.
Admin seat numbers above represent additional Admin members. The workspace Owner does not consume an Admin seat.
Platform fee
A platform fee applies only to Stripe card payments and is calculated by the server from your active plan at checkout:
| Plan | Fee |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1.0% of order value |
| Growth | 0.5% of order value |
| Scale | 0% |
Invoice-based orders remain 0% platform fee. Scale's 0% fee is the primary reason teams upgrade from Growth. At around AUD/NZD $22,000/month in order volume, the fee savings alone cover the Scale subscription cost.
Active customers
The active customer limit counts how many customers in your workspace have active status.
- Archiving a customer frees up a slot.
- Starter and Growth plans show a warning as you approach the limit.
- Scale has no customer limit.
Enterprise
For teams that outgrow Scale, Enterprise offers custom seat counts, custom platform fees, and dedicated support.
Enterprise is not available for self-serve checkout. Contact us to discuss requirements.
<!-- screenshot: Enterprise strip on billing page -->Enterprise applies when:
- You need more than 7 Admin seats, or
- You need more than 15 Sales Rep seats
Existing customers who reach these limits are not immediately blocked. The workspace owner receives a review notice and has a 30-day grace period to arrange an Enterprise plan before access is restricted.
Changing your plan
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades are scheduled to apply at the end of the current billing period.
If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's seat or customer limits, the downgrade is blocked until you reduce usage.
