Sharing Order Links
Send individual or bulk order links to your customers by email or messaging app.
Individual customer link
Every customer you create has a unique order link generated automatically. The link encodes the customer identity so their price group and settings load automatically.
- Open the customer's detail page.
- Find the Order Link field.
- Click Copy to copy the link to your clipboard.
- Share it via WhatsApp, email, Messenger, or any channel you use.
Sending via email
Send a formatted order link email directly from the app:
- Open the customer detail page.
- Click Send Order Link Email.
- Review the subject and body — you can edit both before sending.
- Click Send.
A delivery record is saved so you can track when each link was last sent.
The customer must have an email address on file before you can use this feature. Add it under the customer's contact details.
Bulk email send
Send order links to multiple customers at once:
- Go to Customers.
- Filter the list or select specific rows.
- Click Send Order Link in the bulk action bar.
- Choose an email template: Default, Short, or Friendly.
- Review the subject and body.
- Click Send.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Maximum per batch | 300 customers |
| Auto-skipped | Customers without an email address, inactive customers, or customers with Order Web Blocked on |
| Partial success | Successful sends are processed; skipped and failed rows are listed in the result report |
When a customer link stops working
A customer's unique order link becomes unavailable in two cases:
| Reason | What the customer sees | How to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Customer status is Inactive | A message indicating the account is not currently active | Reactivate the customer — in Xero if Contacts sync is active, or directly in Orderverse |
| Order Web Blocked is on | A message indicating ordering is temporarily unavailable | Turn off Order Web Blocked in the customer detail panel → General tab |
These are independent controls. A customer can be active in Xero but still have their local order web access paused. Use Order Web Blocked when you need to temporarily prevent a specific customer from ordering without changing their Xero status.
Workspace link
Your workspace also has a general-purpose order link not tied to any specific customer. Find it at the top of Configuration → Storefront.
https://orderverse.io/order/{workspace-code}
Any buyer who has this link can browse products and place an order using default workspace pricing.
The workspace link does not apply customer-specific pricing. Use individual customer links when personalised pricing matters.
