Sales Rep Overview
Understand the Sales Rep role — what it can access, what is restricted, and how seat limits work.
Overview
The Sales Rep role lets team members create and manage orders on behalf of customers. Sales Reps have access to the full order-entry workflow but cannot access Configuration, Billing, or Members.
Sales Rep accounts are invited by the workspace Owner via Configuration → Members. Each plan includes a fixed number of Sales Rep seats.

| Send payment link | Email a payment link to the customer when confirming an order. |
| Saved drafts | Save in-progress orders to resume later (Hold as Draft). |

Seat limits
| Plan | Sales Rep seats |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Growth | 3 |
| Scale | 15 |
If the seat limit is reached, the Owner cannot invite additional Sales Reps until a seat is freed or the plan is upgraded. An error is shown in the invite dialog when the limit would be exceeded.
Order source
Orders created through the Sales Rep flow are tagged with the source Sales Rep on the order record. This is set automatically by the server based on your role and is visible in the order detail view.
