A downloadable sheet freezes products and prices at the moment it is sent. A live link resolves the catalogue when the buyer opens it.

From blank form to review queue
The form captures the commercial structure as the buyer orders
The buyer does not type SKU descriptions into a general text box. Each order line points to a configured product UOM, and the server resolves the current valid price.

Open one live link
The buyer opens a customer or workspace order link in their browser. There is no file version to download first.

Choose products & units
Products, current prices and available UOMs load from the supplier catalogue. The buyer enters quantities against valid items.

Review fulfilment & totals
Checkout collects delivery or pickup details, calculates configured freight and tax, and accepts an order note.

Receive a structured order
The submission becomes a new order with line items, UOMs, quantities, source, customer context and totals ready for review.

Workspace links collect new-buyer contact details. Delivery orders require the shipping fields used by fulfilment, while pickup replaces the address with supplier contact details and instructions.
Orderverse is a wholesale ordering workflow, not a general-purpose form builder. It does not position arbitrary survey questions or internal procurement approvals as checkout fields.

Order Settings controls the buyer layout and checkout mode. Submitted online orders then join manual and sales-rep orders in the same Orders workspace.
Submission is not always payment
Choose the checkout policy that matches the account
A wholesale order form can collect an order without charging a card. Payment behaviour is resolved from Stripe readiness, a customer override and the workspace default.
Pay later
Place the order without a card step. The buyer receives an order reference and the supplier reviews the order in the workspace.
Pay now
When Stripe charges are enabled and Pay now is selected, checkout continues to a Stripe-hosted card step. If Stripe is not ready, the policy falls back to Pay later.

Can I use my own product list?
Yes. The order form reads from the products configured in your Orderverse workspace. You can maintain products directly, import them, or use the supported Xero item-sync workflow. Buyers only order active products and configured selling units available to their link context.
Can customers enter quantities by case or each?
Yes. Multi-unit pricing lets a product expose configured UOMs such as each, box, case or carton. Each UOM has its own identity and price logic, and the submitted order stores the selected UOM with its quantity.
Can I add delivery and pickup options?
Yes. Checkout supports delivery and pickup. Delivery collects the configured shipping-address fields and applies the customer's or workspace's freight rule. Pickup removes the freight charge and can display supplier pickup contact details and instructions.
Can I change prices without sending a new form?
Yes. Because the buyer opens a live order link, new visits use the current catalogue and resolved pricing. Existing orders retain the price snapshot stored when they were submitted.
Does submitting the form take payment?
Not always. In Pay later mode, the order is placed without a card step. Pay now starts Stripe checkout only when that mode is selected and the supplier's Stripe connection is ready; otherwise the workflow falls back to Pay later.
