Remove the first obstacle

A buyer should not need onboarding before they can reorder

Repeat wholesale buyers already have a relationship with you. A permanent customer link lets them move straight to the catalogue while Orderverse carries the account context behind the scenes.

Customer context included

The link is simple for the buyer, not generic for the business

A customer link identifies the account before the order starts. Orderverse can apply that customer's price group, ordering settings and history while keeping other customers' commercial information out of view.

  • Customer-specific pricing
The assigned price group follows the link.
  • Past orders and reorder
Buyers can use an earlier order as a starting point.
  • Account separation
One customer cannot browse another customer's prices or history.

Real product, not a mockup

The interactive demo uses the same ordering and order-management components, filled with fictional wholesale data so you can test the flow safely.

Access you can control

Keep ordering easy by default, add verification where needed

No-login does not mean no control. Choose the entry experience that fits the customer, and disable web ordering locally when access should stop.

Default access

One-click welcome confirmation

Best for trusted repeat buyers who need the shortest route back to ordering. No account or password creation is required.

Optional control

Strict Security Mode

Add an email verification step for customers whose ordering access needs stronger identity assurance.

Stop access when you need to. Mark a customer inactive or turn on Order Web Blocked to prevent their link from being used.

Questions buyers and sellers ask

No-login ordering FAQ

Need implementation detail? Read the order portal overview and entry security guide.

Do wholesale customers need an Orderverse account?

No. By default, each customer opens their unique order link, completes the welcome confirmation and starts ordering. They do not create an Orderverse username or password.

Can each buyer see customer-specific prices?

Yes. A customer link applies that customer's price group and ordering settings. Buyers cannot use it to browse another customer's pricing or order history.

What if a shared link reaches the wrong person?

You can enable Strict Security Mode when you need an additional email verification step. You can also mark a customer inactive or block web ordering to stop their link from being used.

Can customers repeat a previous order?

Yes. A customer ordering link can show past orders and let the buyer use an earlier order as the starting point for a new one.

Is the no-signup demo safe to try?

Yes. The interactive demo uses a fictional wholesale company and keeps its state in your browser tab. It does not create a real order, send email, take payment or change a Xero organisation.
