The next weekly order
A past order helps the buyer remember what to replenish. The new cart still uses current availability and pricing, and the buyer reviews every submission. This is not automatic standing-order scheduling.
The customer returns to the same link instead of searching for the latest spreadsheet or price-list attachment.
The portal resolves active products, current availability, the customer's price group and configured selling units.
A known customer can review recent orders and previously ordered products, then add available items to a new cart.
The buyer changes case, carton, box or each quantities before reviewing fulfilment, freight, tax and notes.
Customer, SKU, UOM, quantity, price and delivery context arrive together in the supplier's order queue.
“2 coffee” is ambiguous. “2 cases of 6 × 1 kg” gives the buyer, warehouse and invoice workflow the same commercial unit.

Product proof
The Products grid controls catalogue records, UOM summary, stock and out-of-stock state. Online and staff-entered orders then share the Orders workspace.

Encourage regular buyers to use their link. When an order still arrives by phone or message, staff can create it against the same customer and product catalogue rather than leaving it in a separate spreadsheet.
Paste & Parse can help turn pasted order text into a reviewable draft, but Orderverse is not positioned as a live email, phone or WhatsApp inbox.
Buyer submits current products and quantities directly.
Excel or POS entry creates an order on the buyer's behalf.
Both sources share customer, lines, status and totals.
Operational boundary
The ordering workflow can sit beside inventory, compliance and delivery systems. It should not be described as replacing controls it does not provide.
Customer order links and staff-entered orders create structured product lines in one workspace.
Products can expose active UOMs with independent fixed prices or configured multipliers.
Price groups resolve buyer pricing, while active and out-of-stock settings control current ordering availability.
The current ordering workflow is not an expiry-date, lot, recall or batch-traceability system.
It does not replace HACCP, cold-chain logs, allergen governance or food-safety compliance records.
Delivery details are captured, but route optimisation, driver dispatch and proof of delivery are outside this scope.

A known café can use its permanent customer link and pass the default one-click confirmation without creating a username or password. A supplier can enable Strict Security Mode when email verification is required.
Yes. Multi-unit pricing lets a product use selling units such as each, box, case or carton. Each UOM can use an independent fixed price or a configured multiplier, and inactive UOMs are not available for new orders.
Customers can be assigned to price groups such as Hospitality or Retail. Their link resolves the relevant price for the selected product UOM. The current demo proves pricing and UOM differences; it does not claim a separate hidden product assortment for every buyer.
No. Orderverse manages wholesale catalogue, pricing and order capture. It is not presented as an expiry, batch, recall, temperature, allergen or HACCP compliance system.
Online buyer orders enter the Orders workspace directly. Staff can create an order on a customer's behalf using Excel or POS entry, and the separate Paste & Parse tool can turn pasted message text into a draft for review. Orderverse is not a live phone or WhatsApp inbox.
No. Past orders and order history help a buyer rebuild the next cart, but the buyer reviews and submits each order. This page does not claim scheduled standing orders or automatic recurring submission.
